1. The Service

The Service provides lesson booking, teacher–student communication tools and Google Calendar synchronization for scheduled sessions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse or security risk.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
• No automated scraping or rate‑limiting circumvention.

4. Purchases, Credits & Billing

Credit or AI packs purchased are non‑refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated at purchase. Expiration, if any, is shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Chargebacks for legitimate usage may result in suspension.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling depends on teacher availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the policy displayed in the application at booking time. Missed sessions may still deduct credits if not canceled in accordance with the policy.

6. Third‑Party Integrations (Google Calendar / Meet)

Integrations are optional. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms. Limited Use compliance for Google API data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content we provide are owned by or licensed to Hemy Hebrew. User‑generated lesson materials remain the property of their respective authors; by uploading or sharing, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit the material solely to provide the Service.

8. Feedback

Submitting feedback or suggestions grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without obligation or attribution.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemy Hebrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim or USD $50.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may terminate by stopping use; request data deletion per the linked instructions.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
